Freight & Salvage tickets & upcoming events

If you're into live music in a cozy, no-fuss setting, Freight & Salvage in Berkeley is kinda where the magic happens. This place has been around for ages, and it’s not just about the shows, it’s about community. They host regular jam sessions where musicians of all levels come together, often turning into spontaneous sing-alongs that make you feel like you’re part of a big musical family. And trust me, they go all out with festive events during holidays, adding that extra sprinkle of cheer to brighten up the winter blues or summer nights. The venue has a super friendly vibe, with folks often hanging out before and after shows, chatting about everything from fiddle tunes to jazz standards. Seating is thoughtful too, senior citizens get their comfy quieter spots, and there's clear signage for wheelchair-accessible areas, making sure everyone feels at home. Plus, the streets nearby are easy to walk, and there are hotels within a stone’s throw, so catching a show and crashing nearby is a breeze. Fancy last-minute tickets? No worries, their interactive seating chart updates constantly, so whether you’re eyeing front row seats to Marty Stuart or snagging a budget-friendly spot for Cherish The Ladies, you’re covered. It’s a place that’s all about good vibes, great music, and making sure you leave with a song in your heart and maybe a new friend or two.
